Hello everyone! In this week’s blog post I will share with you an easy and healthy smoothie recipe!
Blueberry and Mango Smoothie
Ingredients:
1/2 C of frozen mango
1/2 C of frozen blueberries
1 small piece of ginger (smaller or larger depending on personal preference)
2 pitted dates
A handful of mixed greens
1 teaspoon of Alive n Vibrant Green Powder
1 teaspoon of cacao powder
Steps:
Put ingredients in a blender and add enough water or plant-based milk to cover. Blend and serve in a glass, or in a bowl with your favorite toppings.
