Hello everyone! Continuing with our mini focus series, this week’s blog will be on the three best teas for focus. Tea has various benefits, that range from relaxation to energy. But did you know that some teas are great for focus?
The 3 Best Teas for Focus
Peppermint Tea
Peppermint is one of the most popular essential oils on the market, with its main use being to promote focus. You can use peppermint in a diffuser, or you could steep peppermint leaves (fresh or dried) in hot water for 15 minutes.
Tumeric Tea
A recent study showed that turmeric led to significant memory and attention benefits. To make your own tea, steep 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric with 1 cup of water and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice for ten minutes. Then strain and enjoy! (Recipe adapted from EASY TURMERIC TEA by Downshiftology)
Ginger Tea
Just like ginger oil, ginger tea comes with many concentration and focus benefits. To make ginger tea, steep sliced ginger in water and simmer for 5 minutes. (Recipe adapted from Fresh Ginger Tea by Cookie and Kate)
Next time you’re studying for a test, doing a difficult assignment, or fulfilling a task, try drinking peppermint, turmeric, or ginger tea to help you focus!
